Scott

    Downtown Odessa. There was a number of lovely old theaters that were unfortunately closed. This one was huge and glamorous. It must have been so fun to see movies in these old theaters. Everything so bigger than life.

      From Cinema Treasures: The Scott Theatre opened in 1959. Originally a single screen, the balcony was split up into 2 smaller theaters in the 70's. The Scott closed in the early 80's. A church group rented it in the mid 90's. (loosely quoted from Cinema Tresures comments)
