Seaworld put in some of these a year ago. They say theirs doesn't do fingerprints, tho, but rather an image of the top of your hand. All for your convenience of course. Never mind that it takes a lot more maneuvering to place your hand correctly ("live long and prosper" gesture against the pegs) than it does to whip out your driver's license.

This is disgusting!
Boycott Disney land and tell them you are because they are asking for such a disgustingly invasive biometric information.
Shame on you Disney!

This is actually a good thing. As a former cast member, I know what it is like to have someone shoot at you while trying to enter the park illegally. We have had Mickey Mouse assulted several times by unruly teenagers, and even sent to the hospital with concussions. If you think this is bad, then stay out and continue to live in your own little reality. Anything that will help protect customers and their families is a good thing.

So, recording people's fingerprints (in order to stop them from re-selling ticket media) somehow stops them from carrying guns? Can you tell if someone has a gun by looking at their fingerprints?
