This has been blogged by Tom Ang of the BBC's programme Britain In Pictures Gallery and has today (13 Aug 07) been included by the BBC panel of professional photographers 'Favourite Twenty’ photographs in the Britain in Pictures (buildings) group on Flickr. This will now be displayed as part of Britain in Pictures exhibition at The National Media Museum (Bradford), which runs to next year 2008.

This has been used on the front cover of the July 2007 edition of COMMUNICATION, the monthly journal of the British DX Club.

Good piece of history captured - but the capture itself is also brilliant. The perspective makes them huge and almost surreal, wonderful colours of blue in contrast with the white/rust, and the shadowy one on the right gives good depth to the picture. No wonder it did so well (judging form your description). My compliments.
