iPhone Friends & Family
Pictures of some friends & family as web clips on the iPhone.
Pretty fun, huh? 1.1.3 helped me out a bit, of course.
This was done in the most unintuitive way possible... I went to the peoples' (and dog's) large flickr photos, zoomed in at the right size, and added it as a webclip.

Love the idea... now write a simple iphone webapp for each with those pics so that when you click each one it launches your phone app to call them ;)
