2008_09_12 U.S. vs. Microsoft 10 Years Later

U.S. v. Microsoft, 10 Years Later gathered veterans from the landmark antitrust case for a day and a half of talks and panels at Austin Hall, Harvard Law School. It was organized by Phil Malone (above), who worked on the U.S. side of the case and is now Clinical Professor of Law at Harvard Law School and the Director of the Law School’s Cyberlaw Clinic at the Berkman Center.
