      I am quite sure this is not Baltimore. If you check the satellite view of the city, it doesn't quite fit.

      I wonder if this is Wilmington, DE or something further north.

      Oh yeah, I can it now... RFK Stadium on the upper left of the core and maybe the National Mall to the right. This is looking from NW to SE of the city. Good call!
