For everyone that's lazy like me, Bloglines has a fairly decent mobile version (just go to www.bloglines.com/mobile on your Treo/Palm/RAZR/etc). You can set up your own river of news for any collection of sites you want to (just put them all in a folder, then click on that folder and a RON shows up like magic). There's a feed by feed preference if you want it included in your mobile list, so you can just have the site's you really like included.
Why reinvent the wheel?

Google Reader has had a mobile reader with tags/labels for a while now. Available at www.google.com/reader/m/.
