I spotted this temple while hiking one day
and thought of it as a "secret
temple" because I had never heard of it.
Viewed from the East it appears hidden and
remote.
I hiked there one day from Hacienda Heights
to discover that
it is part of Rose Hills Cemetary; inside
are the cremated remains of the dearly
departed.
They do allow visitors and it's worth a
visit. The grounds are beautiful.
