These are the towers of WEPN/1050, ESPN radio for New York. The towers produce this pattern here, and this coverage here. When I was a kid, the station was WMGM, then WHN. Around that time, the west tower, the one on the right, changed from a short tower to a full-sized one. [lLater...] These have since moved. Same configuration and pattern; new location nearby.
