Hoyt Avenue, and the first house i lived in (the one where my father and his sisters grew up), is behind these buildings here. The house was razed to make way for a road in the 1960s.

The George Washington Bridge. The old Searls family place, on Hoyt Avenue is just to the right. This is where my family was living when I was born (in Christ Hospital, Jersey City).
