Rocas del fuego y del agua

On Black

We found this wonderful and mystic location at the last day of our vacation. It is located at the shore of Los Hervideros, where the lava of the Timanfaya eruption flew into the ocean. The picture was taken at low tide, so you can see both, the rounded pepples and rocks in the foreground and the sharp-edged lava in the background.

It was hard for us to say goodbye to Lanzarote at this place, on the other hand it is a great incentive to come back again.

I wanted to title this picture in spanish and hope it's passably okay :-)
