Backyard panorama
Stitched with Autostitch. MAN, I wish there was a MacOSX version of that...
Anyway, this is my backyard, complete with dog-burns in the grass. The path goes along this portion of 12 Mile Coulee, and is very well travelled. I just needed some sample images to try something in Autostitch... I just took 19 photos more-or-less overlapping, some zoomed, some wide-angle. Not paying too much attention - I even moved for a couple of the shots (notice the left handrailing on the stairs disappears next to the house...). Then, fed it to Autostitch (via VirtualPC on my desktop Mac at work, accessed from home via VNC), and let it chew for a couple minutes. Took exactly 0 effort to get the pano stitched together - just selected the files. I did another version of this pano using Photostitch, for comparison. CommentsD'Arcy Norman

Autostitch - Is that the name of the software or a version of another, for example in Photoshop? I've done a few panoramics (a couple are up on flickr) all by hand. Very difficult, at least for me.
This came out great!
