W00t! I've been published! I got a 2-page opening spread for an article all about traveling in Seattle in the February/March 2008 issue of TravelGirl Magazine. The image itself is a tad on the noisy side, but the magazine used it anyway, because it was "exactly what they were looking for". The magazine is on newstands right now.

For all you camera junkies, the original photo was shot on a NIkon D300 with a Sigma 10-20mm lens. There were also 3 speedlights used to light the scene. All the Strobist info is in the original photo's captions. ;)

I hope they paid you for it, though, since you're contributing to the value of their product. I know a lot of publications try to "pay" with simply crediting the photographer, but surely, an image like this is worth more than that. It is a pretty darn cool shot!
