    The northern end of Lake Wakatipu is enjoyed immensely from the town of Glenorchy. It is a base for beautiful alpine walks and scenery with the lake tapering to an end among the various mountain ranges in the area. This was taken on a freezing autumn dawn from the end of the jetty.
