Coming to Town

The quiet town of Jasper occasionally feels the rumble of trans-Canada trains passing through. The trains, like everything else, seemed so miniscule with the mountains in the background.

Mountains

A mountain range near the Columbia Icefield in Jasper National Park, Alberta, Canada. This was taken during a fairly intense snowstorm that blew through the mountains. The snowstorm lasted only a 1/2 hour. Before and after the storm, it was very sunny.

A little tweaking of the contrast, but otherwise no photoshop.
