      I saw one yesterday on 110 South and I think it was under the Ave 43 bridge.

      No clue about the artist and haven't found any tweets about it either. I think this work is still pretty fresh because I don't see it on the Google Maps Streetview.

      the cat tagger is atlas when he went to jail for tagging his name(atlas) when he came out of jail he started doing those cats for it could be harder to find him
