Sing along and shake your groove thing with DiverseWorks at the Glee Watch Party on Tuesday, May 25 at 7:30 PM at Lucky’s Pub. We can get down-right gleeful and silly in Lucky’s private party room watching and singing to our favorite show to set the stage for the Luck of the Draw 9: The Musical! art auction at DiverseWorks on June 16. LOTD9 Co-Chairs J. Douglas Parker and Karen Niemeier urge you to grab a friend and join the madness at Lucky’s Pub, 801 Emanuel Street at Rusk, Houston, 77003. Limited free parking is available right across the street in front of Cork Soakers and around the Pub on the street.
Come at 7:30 PM, get a frosty libation, order dinner, and purchase an Art Chance for the Luck of the Draw 9 art auction on June 16. The First 5 Art Chance Tickets are SOLD OUT; there are only a handful of the Top 20 Art Chances for $250 left; but there are plenty of $100 Art Chances up for grabs (just contact Tracey Morton for details – tracey@diverseworks.org or call 713-223-8346). If you want to score an original artwork at the DiverseWorks fundraiser you need to purchase an Art Chance Ticket(s). Don’t procrastinate.
