Taken during the Irish Parachute Club (IPC) 2009 summer Boogie in Ireland! Although the weather was marginal for jumping by Emerald Coast standards, if you go high enough it's always a beautiful day outside!
Here Axel is coming down to Wayne as part of a 3-way relative work (RW) jump we did in July 2009. Framing photos in freefall without a camera sight is always a challenge; I was lucky here to have Axel in the top of the frame with the hint of the blue sky just slightly askew. I think I makes for a wonderful feeling of what skydiving is all about: drastic scenery, bluest blues, and dynamic motion (some of it even graceful) all happening in a split second.
