This is now the version with raspberries and caramelized walnuts (take a handfull of walnuts, crush them and rost them on medium heat. Add a little bit of rosemary, a knob of butter and 2-3 teaspoons of sugar and let them caramelize. Put them on a oily plate and let it cool down).
