New York Steak

Toni and I both had New York Steak for dinner. It was cooked perfectly medium, just the way we like it.

Reminds me about our dinner last w/end at Tomy Romas in Sydney....it was AWEFUL :(

Nothing like the Tony Romas in the US many say. The ribs were so plastic-like.

Scuzzi - New York Steak is the name of the cut of beef. When you get a Porterhouse steak, it has a New York Strip on one side of the bone and a Filet Mignon on the other.

ahhh! ok. i only heard it called a strip steak. but then i guess it's cause i am from new york and i guess it would be silly for us to add that part to the phrase every time. though it does say it is named different depending on the region.
