    At Korean restaurants they serve Kim Chi, a spicy pickled cabbage with the meal. This is from the Peking Restaurant.

      nah, that's not authentic kimchi. for the great genuine taste, you have to go to kimchi specialty shops :]...however, the kimchi does look appetizing in your photo :]

      This is from a Chinese Korean restaurant. It's actually pretty good Kim Chi. I like my Kim Chi very fermented and pickly.

      Saw this in the Friday Food Fiesta pool...

      Kim Chi confuses my taste buds; super spicy/hot, but cold in temperature ; ) This looks great!

      jellybeanjill13 - Kim Chi is a little strange to the Western palate, but those who acclimate to it, really love it. ;)
