nah, that's not authentic kimchi. for the great genuine taste, you have to go to kimchi specialty shops :]...however, the kimchi does look appetizing in your photo :]

This is from a Chinese Korean restaurant. It's actually pretty good Kim Chi. I like my Kim Chi very fermented and pickly.

jellybeanjill13 - Kim Chi is a little strange to the Western palate, but those who acclimate to it, really love it. ;)
