Wild Pony on Assateague Island
Went to Assateague Island for the first time even though I've lived in Maryland for years. It was AMAZiNG and so much fun!

This is beautiful! I grew up reading Misty by Margaret Henry and now my oldest daughter reads and loves Misty as well. Always wanted to visit Assateague Island to watch the yearly pony roundup. :)

Well, how gorgeous is he/she ?!?! We have wild horses out here on the Outer Banks (NC) too but I have not been lucky enough to have seen them yet, nevermind get close enough for a beautiful shot such as this. Well done!
