      thanks guys. i can definately recommend crovie as a great photographic destination, 60 or so cottages, gable end to the sea, clinging between the waves and the cliffs on a thin strip of land. its the only village on mainland britain without a road going through it too! IMO much better than its famous neighbour - pennan.

      Also, the house on far right was built and still owned by my auntie in law and uncle in law. Eric, my unlce in law, passed away suffering from a stroke last month. He was a professional photographer for 30 years and very much inspired me. I am running for th stroke association later this year to raise money fo them in memory of Eric - donations here - www.justgiving.com/David-Langan
