Almost There

Yesterday was my Qatarversary. Thats right, one year in Qatar. I have also recently(ish) moved into a new flat, away from a caustic environment and into a place that I can call home and enjoy as I please.

To celebrate, and as I prepare for a 3 week visit home, I thought I'd diarise a walk home through my new neighbourhood. Here it is.

Just up the stairs is my comfy cosy apartment. A space that's mine, finally. Since moving in here I have a new perspective of Doha, its amazing the difference that having your own space makes.
