Jummaiz Street

Yesterday was my Qatarversary. Thats right, one year in Qatar. I have also recently(ish) moved into a new flat, away from a caustic environment and into a place that I can call home and enjoy as I please.

To celebrate, and as I prepare for a 3 week visit home, I thought I'd diarise a walk home through my new neighbourhood. Here it is.

Nearly home now. This is my street. My apartment block is behind me. A 7 story tower with swimming pool on the roof - which I will definitely be using once the weather warms up. I'll also be having a cocktail party there when I get back from my trip home.
