please dont be edible

    the sign reads
    "Please don't be edible
    Exterior Girdle food"
    What does it mean?
I haven't got a clue, cannibals operating locally? Perhaps someone who can read mandarin can tell me?

"Please don't consume food you brought in from outside", more or less.

Poagao is right about the Chinese meaning
It must be translated word by word....

Awesome. In Paris, you often see menus translated into English. My favorite was "Sir Loin in his sauce". Yum.

On English menus in Finland, they call a (beef) steak a "beefsteak".

But for othe types of meat they write "beefsteak of pork" or "beefsteak of lamb"!

This sentence means:don’t eat any food besides what the restaurant provided. In another why,it tells people they can only eat food the restaurant provided. Most restaurant bosses want to earn more money by this way. my English is poor, but I hope you can understand me.

This reminds me of that line from Willy Wonka. :)
