I was looking through some of my real old digicam photos and found this one taken with a
Canon S2 IS. It's when I went to my favorite beer/burger dive,
Fred's Texas Cafe, where my buddy,
William Bryan Massey III, is the place's head of kitchen operations and head cook.
I got the
No. 1 burger in town, the Fred Burger W/Cheese, which won the
FW WEEKLY's 2007 Reader's Choice award for best burger.
The guy shaking the salt onto the fresh cut fries is
Hippy Steve and the other guy you see there is Bryan.
And the napkin dispenser is brought close to the eating action because a Fred Burger drips with lots of juicy (and not greasy) meat. It's usually five napkins for me.
