I use them for (Personal-Yellow, Business-Blue, Important/Needs Action-Red) then on the end of the tab - I write a note(word) about that tab is for. Helps find the items I am currently working on easily accessiable.

Cpurrin1 - Yes - This works with any fountain pen that can use a Converter. That is an adapter that sucks in the ink to the pen - You can also use a refill kit - (Syringe and tube to refill a empty cartridge if you don't have a converter) The Converter is the preferred method but the Syringe works fairly well too...
