Brooklyn Heights
the bike path between Clark Street and Joralemon Street has recently been painted a nuclear green. not sure exactly why... safety concern—a way to make cyclists more visible? i overheard an elderly woman tell a neighbor: "They won't even let us have a different shade of brown for the grout between the bricks, and then they paint the road this color!"
