cookies! (YIP 11/01/2009)

I made some Pumpkin Chocolate Chip cookies from Joy the Baker's recipe for a wedding shower on Sunday. I doubled the recipe and made the cookies a bit smaller, though they were still pretty huge. They are cakey and light, and were a huge hit!
