At the Nek Chand Fantasy Rock Garden, Chandigarh.

A former civil engineer, Nek Chand spent several years collecting industrial rubble and building a sculptural garden of enormous size and insane detail with it. The park became public in 1988 and is likely Chandigarh's major tourist attraction.
