A gravity-defying 40th race bike serving over 60 people. It stood well over a foot tall and was entirely edible expect for the odd (very necessary) support.

A 40th cake for a lady whose favourite artist is Salvador Dali. Based on his most famous work 'The Persistence of Memory', the cake recreated the painting in three dimensions, with a printed backdrop.
