      I may be interested to use this picture for a brochure that IGNOU is preparing. Incidentally this photo fits beautifully, as the programme is called Gyan Deep (Its providing degrees to Army personnel, and creating community colleges of the existing regimental training centres). But the photo to be used will go through an approval process and so I am not pretty sure it will get used.
