Collected in DHARBIN #1.
I had a really good time working on this, although I ended up inking it with some old Rapidographs, which brought on a lot of swearing and teeth-gnashing. But this was a good way to slide back into cartooning after a couple months of drawing NOTHING.
And it turned out pretty good. I'm especially proud of likenesses of Alec Longstreth and Aaron Renier, although I think the Nick Gurewitch and Frank Santoro are the best cartoons. The ones I relied more on photos for are, predictably, the lamest ones.
All of these people are cartoonists who I have met in the last year or so, most of which were at HeroesCon or last year's SPX. They're all pretty great people, without exception or qualification. As someone who really hates meeting new people, for some reason when I do meet new people and they're awesome, I get super-jazzed about it.
I'm already thinking of a ton I forgot or left out, especially Stuart & Kathryn Immonen. They're both too classy and good-looking for me to draw anyway. Not like these people. Haw!

That's very gratifying, Hope, as you were the hardest one to draw. I think I drew you like a dozen times or something. Hiding half your face was more copout than a style choice.
