What a beautifully warming shot. The colours
are superb. You've given some majesty to what
seems like it might be a fairly ordinary
location. Excellent. (And I like the
high-rise just peeping over the top,
gatecrashing the shot).

God, i used to live not that far from there
about 10 years ago, and I can assure you I

I always think that art should make you feel
things, rather than making you think things.
This is so evocative because it appeals to
the emotions (mine anyway). The deserted
playground, the local authority style
housing, the incongruous distant modern
architecture, and of course the beautifully
lit viaduct. This is a lovely photo. There
are no people, but there is so much going on.

What an amazing sky! Even with that sky,
it's interesting how the lights under the
arches immediately draws the eye, and the sky
and starkly green grass is only noticed
secondarily.
