      I only hope that those children (and all others) learn about what they stood for, what terrible things happened during that pariod in time, and still happen in the world.....

      This was a German 15cm TBK SK C/36 L/48 (C=Construction of 1936) taken from German destroyers of the period. TBK="Torpedobootskanone" and SK="Schiffskanone".
