A typical day on the Great Lakes Central (former Tuscola and Saginaw Bay) sees three trains. One departing from Cadillac to Clare, and two leaving from the GLC shops in Owosso with one meeting the Cadillac train at Clare and the other interchanging with the Ann Arbor RR at Osmer, MI. Here the train crews from Owosso and Cadillac switch trains at Clare, allowing each crew to return to their home base for the day.

GLC GP35 390 (riding on rebuilt Alco trucks) pulls past the former Ann Arbor depot and into the GLC yard at Clare, MI.
