I´m totally voting SERPA!
I don´t know what a Santander is but I want Serpa to be mine.
The elections were on Oct 28th and there was a lot of campaigning and action leading up to them. Everything seemed normal to us travellers but when I checked the news I found out 21 candidates had been assassinated in the few weeks before.
