This is his "Omg, Mom said stay, but she has the chuck-it and the wonderful Wilson and she might throw it and then Dexter might get it and then he'll play keep away just to annoy me and omg what to do, what to do!" face.

I'm at my parents' house this afternoon, and my sister is also visiting with Miss Angel. I'm trying to convince them to come visit the cousins next. :-)

My sweet baby girl would be five years old today. I never imagined I'd be living through this day without her. What I wouldn't give to be able to hold her close and whisper happy birthday in her ear...

So much for finishing that last bit of research before work tomorrow...

And 44 weeks on Tuesday.

His guarding instincts are really kicking in. He's fantastic off leash, and will hold his stay like a champ, but he's constantly scanning the yard and goes to full alert the second he hears anything that might encroach on our territory. Such a huge change from the happy-go-lucky "everyone's a friend" Golden personality I'm used to.
