Step 5 - Drill Holes
I documented the process of my impulsive decision to build a new kind of joystick yesterday, on Memorial Day of all days. I started with clamping as step 1, since I was lazy and didn't grab my camera until after I had all my pieces cut when I got home from picking out the nicest piece of Maple I could find at Lowes.
I started getting serious about building sticks, because I re-caught the MAME bug recently and some friends have been asking me to make them sticks because they want something sturdier and more unique than the Hori/Mad Catz offerings.
