The next course was my favorite. The server recommended that we eat this plate in order from top to bottom. She also recommended that we eat each clam in one bite. It was hard to balance the 3-4 inch long clams on our spoon and fork (our only utensils), but it was manageable.
The razor clams were delicate and sweet and slightly salty. They reminded me of geoduck in flavor, but not in texture. The seaweeds were crunchy and echoed the ocean flavors of the clams.
This one kicked Anny's butt and I got to finish her plate for her.
