Bistrode is known to be for "adventurous carnivores" although I found the menu (based on such standards) to be rather sedate.
This grass-fed Scotch fillet's sidekick is that bone marrow - gone too soon - and chimichurri. Bummed...

Bondi - looks good from a distance, real life comedy show up close.
Tamarama Beach - more sheltered, more secluded.
We grew up five minutes from the beach and no matter how many mountains we've trekked, the ocean is where our toes are.
We took the bus east to the beaches, starting at Bronte.
What a beautiful summer day to be out there. Thousands of Sydneysiders agree.
