Black and White, Man and Woman, super! Awesome idea and execution. I like the thought put into this. two different hands! I had to look closely for that! I also love how you shadowed your second eye to leave one eye, hers, open and visible to symbolize the "oneness" of two people. Great execution. LOVELY

A golutpious gestalt picturing how a polarity of personality merges to a perfect whole. Effectively obscuring half of the perception so that the positive should perspicuously prevail!

Fantastic composition and light. Feel, in some ways, similar to Aeon Flux (no not the movie, the comic.)

This is brilliant Derrick, and incredibly well executed! It's like a piece of music put to film.

There is a grim irony in the film noir humor here.. two becoming becoming one, on whatever level of a relationship and/or friendship, and thus losing characteristics that were preciously and inherently their own. There is wisdom to be extracted here, my dear. You make us come and look for it, but its presence is marked in much of your work.

this is taking that notion of "love does not consist in gazing at each other but in looking outward together in the same direction" to new levels! evocative and interesting -- or is that redundant? in any case, it's true.
