Can someone please help me to understand how to READ this? What is it trying to say? I want to get it, but I don't and would appreciate insight. When it's put together, what is it's message?

The concept is that poverty is a multidimensional phenomena, understandable only as a whole (let's imagine a sphere). Since it is impossible to manage a complex system as is, some approximations and condensations are required (from a sphere to a polyhedron with a Fuller Projection). This is the reason why our students considered only 6 dimension of poverty: Housing, Education, Health, Leisure, Work, Food. To show how these dimensions are intertwined we extracted keywords from the students’ abstracts and we linked them to the relative dimension in order to build a semantic net about poverty; the net is only readable when you try to treat the phenomena as system folding the map.
