• Novoflex Panoramic Ballhead with coldshoe flash mount for the Pocket Wizard plus 2
  • Stereo y-splitter works just fine
  • Pocket Wizard Plus 2 Transceiver
  • two Nikon sb-28 flashes fired with one PW P2
  • self made 3mm alu plate
  • Manfrotte cold shoe flash mount
  • Pocket Wizard PC-1 Cable

Pocket Wizard set up

Two Nikon sb-28 flashes connected to one Pocket Wizard plus 2 by using a stereo y-splitter wich you would normaly use for connecting two headphones too an audio device. Works just fine. Note: use two the same flashes with the same settings, or you could damage your flashes, Pocket Wizard says...

Can't wait to try it out!

Cheers

    Nice setup!!

FYI - I have used multiple different flashes in different power settings with no issues. It might not be advised by PW but it works fine.

    Thank you James,

it's good to know that multiple different flashes in different power settings also work! that will come in handy.

Ya know, I should have been more specific with the actual flashes used. I have used the following flashes in different configurations:

    Canon 580EX (w/ 1/8" mod)
    Nikon SB-28's and Sb-24
    Sigma 500 DG Super

That's great, it means that you could build very flexible flash set up's with PW's, nice!

Ludovic: In any music store you can find a splitter cord and the other cords are standard PC1 cables.

    No Prob Darshan, enjoy.

Hello. Do you know if it's possible to trigger 4 units or the charge would be to much on the PW unit? Thanks.
