ian's Pizza

ian's Pizza by Denis Radenkovic.
I go to Ian's on State Street probably more often than I should and every time I see their logo (on left) I wonder why the designer didn't join the apostrophe with the pizza slice. So I did it my self. This way they wouldn't need the circle to make sure that the triangle is a pizza slice, the apostrophe can do that.

honestly, i like the original ian's logo better. pizza's are famously round, so i think the circle (pizza pan?) is just fine. as to the apostrophe - why does it have to be joined with the pizza slice? as a pizza lover, i really wouldn't want an old dirty punctuation mark dangling from my delicious pie. then again, i'm not graphic designer.
all this, basically, to say: hey denis! what's up? hope everything's fine. oh, and happy halloween, i guess...

Hey, great to hear from you ...pizza lover! :o) We're both good. Sarah is working on her dissertation proposal, so we'll be in the Cheeseland for a little while still.

..it's the cheese man!
