New! Pretty!

My self-imposed spending freeze has officially thawed. I've been looking for a pair of gray shoes, and I spotted these on a clearance rack during a short trip to Mimi's mall. Gray! Suede! Rounded, pointy toe! Floppy bow thingie!

Get this: they were only $9.99. Seriously. I would have preferred leather, or even patent leather, over the suede, but I could hardly leave without them and maintain a clean conscience. My sister calls the bargain a good omen for our upcoming shopping weekend. Let us hope that is the case.

I'm wearing them today with a black, pinstriped dress and a hot pink cardigan. Love them! Let me say it again: Nine! Ninety! Nine!
