MY protest....

Newer Older

I got an answer from flickr (after 3 mails,) saying I violated their contractual terms and conditions not specifying which terms and conditions I violated.

My case is simple :

Before terminating a service dont you have a right to be heard OR atleast you deserve a notice.

unbelievable this should have happened and what makes it so much worse is that there has been no clear and direct communication about the reason and no appeal process. flickr is usually so good; why do they destroy their reputation by treating their customers so badly?

It's sheer high-handedness. I understand from the comments that this happens very usually and the flickr team is totally non responsive to the feeling of their customers. It is sad and continuance of this attitude would be detrimental to their interest too. It is total arrogance on their part. They should realise that "If you do not get out of your shell, you are just a nut"

Simple. Do not put your photographic life in the cloud. What they did/do was wrong.
