Looks good on this photo, very different from the images that are on the apple site. Somehow those don't look much like they do in real life, when in fact it really looks even better than the images on the site. Even hated the design at first, especially the Pro model with the speakers on the side. But i love it now i've seen them for real.

Mox; Same thing with the classic white/black macbook. They're great design. Just hold it next to a windows notebook and you'll see ;). Don't underappreciate it just because there's a new one on the marked. I know, it's hard >.<

By the way how do you like 13" -1280x800 ? i don't think it will be enough resolution for me but on the other hand i can't really afford a Pro.

@*jesper, I watched the Apple event when they were released and the pictures at that event were terrible and the product looked really bad in them. When Apple uploaded the images to their website, they were better quality but still didn't really make the laptop look any better. However before I purchased online I went and had a look at the display models in the Apple Store and they looked amazing in person, they are also much smaller and thinner than you think they are.

The small screen is tiny compared to my 24" iMac but as I bought this machine for travelling to and from University this is exactly what I wanted, the screen resolution is comfortable enough to work in and handles tasks such as IM, Word Processing and Web Browsing with ease however photoshopping big pictures for example is a no no.

At the end of the day it just depends on what you fancy doing on the laptop, I had enough money for the Pro but seriously dislike the speakers on it, I feel like it ruins the look of the laptop so I opted for the smaller MacBook and put the extra money into a 4GB RAM upgrade instead and happy I did.
