      Dear Sir,

      I am a volunteer with the Middle East Policy Council, a non-profit based out of Washington D.C. We are currently putting together a Google Earth educational tool that will be incorporated into the Council’s website. The program will be used by school teachers in the classroom and is meant to communicate the diversity and culture of the Middle East. I would like to inquire as to whether you would be willing to allow us to use this photograph for the website which fits well with our theme and is specific to our needs. Of course the council would credit you for the photograph but unfortunately our budget constraints prevent us from offering any monetary compensation at the moment.
